This event has taken place since 2003 on the beachside pedestrian zone of Nea Peramos. Its aim is to promote the regions local product and its natural wealth. Visitors have the chance to watch from up close the process of making tsipouro (a pomace brandy) and, of course, to put theory into practice by sampling some for themselves, accompanied by all the necessary nibbles.
The summer season may have ended, but the flavours that accompany it continue unabated! This is why plenty of tsipouro, delicious sardines, grilled octopus, olives, pickled vegetables as well as all the accompanying meze dishes are offered, creating a mouth-watering prospect.
