Cosmopolis is an event organized by the Municipality of Kavala since 2000. It is a multi-dimensional festival that gathers thousands of visitors of all ages in the city of Kavala, highlighting its cultural status not only in Greece but also in the wider region. It is a celebration of music, arts, acquaintance, mutual respect and participation, with a common vision to bring us closer, promoting the basic principle of human uniqueness.
It lasts from May to December, introducing all kinds of music, but also other creative arts. During its presence so far, Cosmopolis has hosted very popular artists, among them some of the biggest names in the Greek and international scen, and also young upcoming artists from around the world.
