Kalamitsa

The Municipality of Kavala’s beach with organised services at the west entrance to the town is a top choice of bathers, particularly the young people of the town. Access is easy by public transport (buses #8 and #4) and the entrance is free, as is the car park for all those who wish to come by car. At the beach there are changing rooms, showers and sports areas as well as tavernas, canteens and bars for refreshing breaks.
